An athlete helping other athletes

Erin is a lifelong equestrian athlete. Having competed at the national level as a teenager, Erin struggled with the demands of her sport. Her mental game was weak and her performance suffered until her trainer introduced her to sport psychology. Erin's performance immediately improved and a passion was sparked. in 2014, Erin found herself in a position to move up to the grand prix level yet one thing remained clear: she would have to level up her fitness to match that of her horse's. A new love was found. Fast forwarda few years, a bachelors degree in psychology, a masters degree in sport psychology, countless hours in the gym, and more experience dealing with the mental side of competition. Erin found herself in need of shoulder surgery and was out of commission for several months. During that low point, Erin thought about what she missed most and what she could do to come back to her sport stronger than ever. Remarqueable Athletic Solutions was born. When she's not helping clients achieve excellence, Erin enjoys teaching group exercise classes and competes in the amateur and open jumpers with her current horse, Kasarr.
